In 2020, young diplomats of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) countries will hold their forum in an online format for the first time on the "100% Tatarstan" platform of the intellectual business space, the Chairman of the Council of young diplomats of the Russian Foreign Ministry Konstantin Kolpakov told reporters.
"We are in the framework of this project ("100% Tatarstan" - ed. TASS) we will hold the next forum of young diplomats of the OIC countries, for the first time it will be in an online format. <…> Our colleagues from a number of countries, including the United Arab Emirates, Algeria, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kazakhstan, and other colleagues have already confirmed their participation. There will be a plenary discussion, which will be called "International cooperation of Russian regions with the OIC countries", and a large plenary session. All this will be very interesting and useful, both for our professional young diplomats and for everyone who is interested in the international agenda," he said.
Tatarstan authorities will open an intelligent business space and communication platform for interaction with partners and experts "100% Tatarstan" on the day of the centenary of the Republic online. From August 30 to September 10, the platform will host panel discussions, master classes and lectures on areas and industries in which the Republic has achieved success and has a successful experience. The forum program includes more than 300 sessions in 21 areas, such as IT industry, education, medicine, agriculture, tourism, circular economy, investment and entrepreneurship, biotechnology, etc. The event will include online meetups and interviews with experts.

In 2019, the Forum of young diplomats of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation countries was held at the XI International economic summit "Russia- Islamic world: KazanSummit". The event, which brought together 35 participants from 21 countries, was organized by the Council of young diplomats of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
Preservation of creativity in children will be discussed in the "100% Tatarstan" intellectual space
Participants of the "100% Tatarstan" intellectual business space, which will be launched online on the day of the centenary of the Republic, will discuss the preservation of creativity in children and the creation of conditions for the development of creative industries in the region. This was announced by the Minister of Culture of Tatarstan Irada Ayupova at a press conference in TASS.
"The topic that we will discuss is how to preserve creativity in a person, in a child, throughout their development, their realization as a person, including through cultural tools. Both kindergarten and school leaders will be invited to our discussions," she said.
According to Ayupova, one of the topics for discussion will be creating conditions for the development of creative industries in the region, in particular, what needs to be done to retain talented, creative young people.
"This will be the next block, and I think that hearing the opinion of young people, what is valuable for them in the cultural code and how they are going to educate, preserve and broadcast [it] in future generations, their children - this is also a topic for panel discussions, I think [it] will arouse great interest," she said.
According to the Minister, within the framework of these platforms, it is also proposed to discuss civilizational aspects of culture and its role in the development of human capital. Another topic will be the promotion of local cultural brands, which, in particular, allow us to preserve cultural diversity, as well as make the life of society brighter and more interesting, she said.
