The planes of the Turkish Air Force attacked the Iraqi province of Duhok, which is located in the north of the country, Shafaq News reported on Wednesday, citing a source at the local security service.
According to the source, the strikes targeted the positions of the Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) supporters in the northern part of the province. No casualties have been reported so far.
According to Al Arabiya TV, areas of Iraq were hit by artillery shelling.
