CEC Chairperson Ella Pamfilova announced the final distribution of seats for the Duma elections.
"United Russia won 324 seats, the KPRF 57, A Just Russia - for Truth 27, the LDPR 21, and New People 13," said the head of the agency.
Rodina, Civic Platform, and the Party of Growth won one seat each.
Five self-nominated candidates in single-mandate districts also made it into the lower house.
The Duma elections took place on September 17-19, along with the regional and municipal elections. The commission had already passed a protocol declaring them valid. The turnout was 51.72 percent.
