Vladimir Putin announced the establishment of a new control point for the Russian strategic nuclear forces.
"As I was reported, the creation of a new control center with almost absolute protection of the control center, including strategic nuclear forces, is at the final stage," the President said at the meeting with the leadership of the Ministry of Defense, federal agencies and enterprises of the DIC.
According to him, the safety margin of the point will be "exceptionally high".
