The Chechen authorities returned more than 100 young people from Moscow to the Republic for upbringing, who, having become estranged from home, became addicted to drugs and violated public order.

State Duma Deputy Adam Delimkhanov met in Grozny with the returned children, the meeting was attended by relatives of the perpetrators, representatives of the clergy and law enforcement agencies.

"Every day, the head of the Republic Ramzan Kadyrov receives messages in social networks about the misdeeds of residents who left the region, they say, they did it. Kadyrov does not divide the people into "ours" and "theirs", no matter where you are, you represent the Chechen people, and unworthy actions discredit the name of a Chechen, a Muslim, and we cannot allow this to happen. Therefore, we returned you home to help and with the assistance of your relatives, you realize and correct your mistakes," Delimkhanov said at the meeting.

He noted that people who stumbled can be used by the detractors of Chechnya for their own purposes, and the leadership of the Republic is trying to protect the youth, to direct them to the right path.

"Every self-respecting man should be ready to protect and die for the Motherland, people, dignity and honor, but it is unacceptable to fight for any thousand or five hundred rubles or a handful of pills, it is a shame, and no one will allow it, no matter where you are-in Moscow, St. Petersburg or another region," Delimkhanov said.

According to him, no one interferes with young people to study, work, develop, the authorities ask for basic things – to monitor their behavior, not to violate the law and behave with dignity in any place and under any circumstances. Delimkhanov noted that violators of the order would be returned to their homeland, where they would undergo labor education: they would be involved in various jobs on the streets of cities and districts of the Republic.

At the end of 2018, Kadyrov returned home from Moscow a young Chechen who in public transport threw a can of energy drink at a man sitting opposite with the words "Akhmat-Sila (Power)" and made him clean the streets.
