The firm, unwavering will of the people served as the basis for the republic's revival and its return to a peaceful life," the congratulatory message reads.

The President noted that over the past period much has been done by joint efforts for the stable development of the Chechen Republic, the realization of its economic potential, as well as the improvement of infrastructure and the social sphere, strengthening interethnic peace and harmony, and the well-being of residents.

"I am convinced that, based on the provisions and principles of the Constitution of the Chechen Republic, the ideological, spiritual, patriotic legacy of its first President - Hero of Russia Akhmad-Hadji Kadyrov - you will continue to work hard and achieve success in solving the tasks in demand for the benefit of Chechnya and the whole country," the President added.
