According to the FSB, at the direction of foreign emissaries of the international terrorist organization, the migrants purposefully worked to disseminate terrorist ideology on the territory of our country and recruited Russian citizens among local Muslims and migrant workers at conspiratorial meetings.
Hizb ut-Tahrir al-Islami propaganda materials, prohibited in Russia, and electronic media which they used for terrorist activities were found and confiscated at the places of their residence. A criminal case was initiated.
