Khitsunov company in Karachay-Cherkessia (KCR) intends to increase production of halal sausages and delicacies threefold by 2025, Natalia-Narmin Ichaeva, president of WANDI Group, head of the company's PR department, told TASS.
"By 2025, we plan to increase production capacity by 300% and significantly expand the range of sausages and meat delicacies. In the long term, we plan to acquire agricultural assets that will strengthen the raw material base and economy of the enterprise," Ichaeva said.
For the last two years more than 70 million rubles have been directed to the modernization of the equipment of the plant. As of today the plant with over 60 employees has the daily output of 10 tons of raw materials. Moreover, as the interlocutor of the agency noted, the company is planning to launch the production of stewed beef, horse meat, chicken and turkey meat. For this purpose, technical equipment is provided.
The company supplies meat to 16 regions of the country. Khitsunov continues to actively expand its partner and distributor network. "Today the goods, produced with unchanged principles in terms of careful selection of ingredients and compliance with traditional recipes, are actively marketed in 3 thousand sales outlets. And next year we plan to open brand stores in Moscow, Cherkessk, Nalchik and Makhachkala," Ichaeva added.
Khitsunov's production site with an area of 1.5 thousand square meters is located in Cherkessk. The plant produces 40 types of products according to halal standards from poultry, beef and lamb, including sausages, prepared foods and delicacies.
