The first group of refugees from Palestine has reached Ingushetia.
"The first group of Palestinian refugees has arrived in Ingushetia. They were welcomed by Magomed Yevloyev, the first deputy prime minister of the region. The arrivals will be accommodated at the Assa hotel in Nazran," reported the government reported in its Telegram channel.
All necessary accommodations, including three hot meals a day, have been arranged for the arriving refugees. The first group comprises 55 individuals, including 34 children.
The regional authorities had previously announced their readiness to host approximately 100 refugees from the Gaza Strip in the republic.
