Tatarstan authorities are planning to hold a Victory day parade on June 24 in Kazan, and various options for celebrations are being worked out, head of the press service of the President of the Republic Lilia Galimova said.

Press Secretary of the Russian President Dmitry Peskov said earlier that the Kremlin was sympathetic to the cancellation of parades in the regions.
"Today there are plans for a Victory parade... Rustam Nurgalievich (Minnikhanov) has set a task for all responsible persons to approach this issue in an organizational way. We are well aware that due to a special sanitary and epidemiological situation, a number of requirements arise," Galimova said.
The Agency's interlocutor clarified that it was too early to say in what format and scale the parade would take place. "Different options are being worked out, and which option will be chosen will depend solely on the situation," she said.
Marina Patyashina, head of the Rospotrebnadzor Department for Tatarstan, said earlier that there was a decrease in registered cases of the coronavirus in the Republic. According to her, over the past 10 days, 50-55 cases of infection were registered daily, the last three days – less than 50 cases. The growth rate of new cases last week was less than 1.5%. According to Patyashina, Tatarstan continued to decline in the all-Russian rating of regions for morbidity and now is at the 75th place (among the regions of the Volga Federal district – 12th place). As of Monday, 3,958 cases of COVID-19 were registered in the Republic, 2,824 people recovered over the entire period, and a total of 11 deaths were recorded.
Traditionally, in the capital of Tatarstan, the Victory parade includes a theatrical prologue, a March with the Victory Banner, the state flags of the Russian Federation and the Republic of Tatarstan, and the solemn passage of the troops of the Kazan garrison, representatives of Kazan military schools, employees of law enforcement agencies, special forces, and Republican public associations. Military and specialized equipment and cars of the GAZ-21 automobile club also take part in the Parade. Participants of the parade are traditionally about 2-3 thousand people, the audience-several thousand Kazan residents and guests of the city. Special seats in the stands are usually arranged for veterans.
