Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin during a telephone conversation discussed trade and economic cooperation between the two countries with the Prime Minister of Uzbekistan Abdulla Aripov. This was reported on Tuesday by the press service of the Russian government.
"The heads of governments discussed priority directions of development of Russian-Uzbek trade and economic cooperation, industrial cooperation, cooperation in agriculture and transport infrastructure," the statement said.
The sides also paid special attention to the expansion of cooperation between Uzbekistan and the Eurasian Economic Union.
