The Kremlin spokesman emphasized the importance of Turkey as a significant trade and economic partner, affirming that all nuances of these relations would be addressed during the visit. "Turkey is our important trade and economic partner, and naturally, all the nuances of these relations will be on the agenda," Peskov concluded.
A TASS diplomatic source revealed that Ankara anticipates discussing the construction of a gas hub, a discount for Russian gas, and settlement issues with Turkish banks during Putin's visit. Other topics likely to be covered include the situation in Syria and Palestine, the construction of the Akkuyu nuclear power plant, and the Black Sea grain corridor.
According to Turkish media, the visit is tentatively scheduled for February 12. Peskov confirmed the preparations for the visit but did not provide a specific date.
