Two improvised explosive devices with a capacity of about 3 kilograms of TNT each, components for making IEDs, schemes of approaches to the buildings of the prosecutor's office and the military commissariat were found at his place of residence, as well as correspondence with active members of Right Sector, exposing his criminal intentions and symbols of the extremist organization. The investigative unit of FSB initiated a criminal case under Part 1 of Article 30, paragraph "a" of Part 2 of Article 205 "Preparation for an act of terrorism," Part 2 of Article 282.2 "Participation in an extremist organization," of the Criminal Code. The detainee made a confession.

According to the agency, he was planning to commit a terrorist attack on the prosecutor's office and the military enlistment office in Cherkessk. After committing the terrorist attack, he was to leave on the train Nevinomyssk-Belgorod. "There I was to be taken to the Right Sector," the detainee explained.
