Deputy Foreign Minister Igor Morgulov received Ambassador of the People's Republic of Bangladesh to Russia Saiful Hoque, who is completing his mission in Moscow.
Morgulov thanked Saiful Hoque for his great personal contribution to strengthening and promoting Russian-Bangladesh relations.
They also exchanged views on several topical issues on the bilateral and regional agendas.
Bangladesh is a state in South Asia and a member of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation. The main religion of the country is Islam, which is followed by 89.7% of the population, 9.2% is Hindus, the rest of the population is representatives of Christianity and other religious denominations.
