The Arab state will host the G20 summit for the first time

For the first time the «G-20» summit will be held in the Arab state. On November 21st-22nd, 2020, it will be hosted by Saudi Arabia, which will chair the G20 next year.

 

 

According to the Saudi Press Agency reports TASS, the decision to hold a summit in Saudi Arabia was made at a meeting of leaders of the association in Hamburg in July 2017.

 

 

«Saudi Arabia expresses its full commitment to the goals of the G20, as well as to the stability and prosperity of the international economic system», the Saudi Press Agency notes, in particular.

 

 

It is expected that the events of the summit will be chaired personally by the King of Saudi Arabia Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
