Relations with Russia are one of the priorities of Kazakhstan's foreign policy, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Mukhtar Tleuberdi said at the meeting with Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

"The Russian vector of Kazakhstan's foreign policy remains a top priority. Kazakhstan highly appreciates the high level of relations between our countries. I am pleased to note the almost absence of unsolvable issues and closed topics between Kazakhstan and Russia. On current issues, we always find mutually acceptable, constructive solutions considering the interests of the two countries and our peoples", - TASS quoted the head of the Kazakh Foreign Ministry as saying.

These days Sergey Lavrov is in Kazakhstan on an official visit. Talks with Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev are expected to be held today.
