Afghanistan is in talks with Russia to establish duty-free trade for the export of minerals and fruits, Deputy Head of the country's Chamber of Commerce Mohammadunis Hossein told RIA Novosti at the SPIEF.
"Ten to twenty days ago Russian businessmen came to Afghanistan, now we are negotiating the export of wheat, glass and wood. We would also like to discuss duty-free trade with the Russian government to export dried fruits, fruits and minerals from Afghanistan," he said.
