The main topic of a telephone conversation between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and US Secretary of State Antony Blinken on Tuesday will be Russia's reaction to US developments on Russian proposals in the sphere of security guarantees, the Russian MFA told reporters.
"Sergey Lavrov will have a telephone conversation with Blinken today. The main topic is the reaction of the Russian side to US developments on Russia's proposals in the sphere of security guarantees. Sergey Lavrov is expected to comment on the situation in the media after the telephone conversation," the ministry pointed out.
