Russian President Vladimir Putin is scheduled to hold talks with Iraqi Prime Minister Mohammed al-Sudani on October 10, according to Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov.
"On October 10, direct negotiations are planned. It will be an official visit by Iraqi Prime Minister al-Sudani," the Kremlin spokesman stated.
The Russian leader's spokesman specified that "there will be Russian-Iraqi negotiations, and there will also be a meeting with Mr. al-Sudani in the format of a working breakfast."
According to him, then, on October 11, Putin and al-Sudani will participate in the plenary session of the Russian Energy Week (REN). "On October 11, President Putin and al-Sudani will jointly participate in the plenary session of REN, the Russian Energy Week," Peskov said.
