MP Rasul Botashev spoke at the international forum 'Moving from Dialogue to Partnership of Civilizations' co-sponsored by Russia's MGIMO University and the RIW group
In his speech, MP Rasul Botashev focused on the need to study the lives of the Middle Eastern nations and states to establish constructive dialogue.
"You have to know your partner to cooperate in an efficient way. The Middle East is a strategically important region but it is yet to be explored. They know that we come to help, not to kill," he added.
The international forum 'Moving from Dialogue to Partnership of Civilizations' co-sponsored by Russia's MGIMO University and the RIW group brought together eminent scholars, public and political figures from Russian and abroad who talked about the need to move towards a genuine partnership between civilizations.
